Catherine and I left May 23 about 10pm, a Wednesday and arrived in Sydney Australia early Friday May 26. The 14 hour flight on United actually didn't seem that long. But maybe because we were so excited about the trip.
We were going to finalize everything for the first Ujena Bikini Jam in this part of the world.
We rented a car and headed for the Russell Hotel, our home for the next four nights. This little bed and breakfast was just minutes from the famous Opera House and in the Rocks district.
The Rocks is one of the most-visited parts of Sydney. It is not hard to see why. Nestled at the foot of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and on the western shores of Sydney Cove, The Rocks is the foundation place of Sydney and Australia, and of enormous historical signifiance. It is often described as "Sydney's outdoors museum."
We scounted out the location and made plans for our Fashion Photo Tour. We would take photos in and around Sydney on Saturday and then venture off by Ferry on Sunday for Manly. This really great little beach town.
